- Increase productivity and the quality
of the grain.
- Obtain greater resistance against
diseases.
- Increase the starch 2 to 5 DMB points.
- Increase the protein between 1 and
3 DMB points.
- Reach a significant increase of the
beta-carotenes.
- Increase the important amino acids
such as Lysine, Methionine, and Tryptophan.
- Reduce the presence of Nitrates.
The utilization of EUTROFIT with
corn has generated great interest in these last years
because of the increase of productivity and its strong
resistance against diseases, mainly resulting in a greater
quality of the grains. This improvement is based on
the following parameters:
Starch: the starch
value increases 2 to 5 points (Dry Matter Basis).
Proteins: the increase of proteins
varies from 1 to 3 points drier.
Production: the greater quantity of
product to be obtained varies from 10 to 20%.
Quality: the product obtained will
be characterized by:
a) Less presence of nitrates
b) Significant increase of the beta-carotenes.
c) Increase of important amino acids such as Lysine,
Methionine, and Tryptophan.
The zootechnical farms that use corn
to feed their animals whether with grain cakes or silage
know very well the importance of a high quality harvest.
In order to obtain these results, we recommend the following
application:
1) Soaking the seed.
2) Application to 5/6 leaf.
3) Application at the closing of the row
Soaking the seed: this
is a very simple operation that is also carried out
at the farm and specific equipment is not necessary.
A mixture with 50% EUTROFIT and 50%
water is enough. This means 300 grams of EUTROFIT is
dissolved in 300 grams of water for each 10 kilograms
of seed to soak. Sprinkle the mixture and stir it once
in a while so that the seed remains wet uniformly. Allow
the seed to dry and store it in bags or sow it immediately.
The soaking operation can be done also some months before
sowing. The soaking operation will make it possible
to reach excellent results as to homogeneity of the
seedlings, the thicker root system, a better resistance
against stress and against the diseases of the environment.
